Terms of use
By opening an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are short because the product is simple.
The short list
- You are at least 18 and may enter a contract for your business.
- You pay from a dashboard balance, and the balance is topped up there.
- You choose the target URL, keyword and content mode for each order.
- Placements go on third-party sites, so timing and layout follow the donor.
- We promise a link, not a ranking, traffic or sales.
Accounts and balance
Keep your sign-in secure. Actions taken from your account count as yours.
Funds are added to the balance in the dashboard, never through the API. Paying a basket deducts the total shown at payment. Invoices are available. So are proforma invoices, from the dashboard.
AI agents may browse donors and fill a basket on your behalf over MCP. A person must approve and pay the basket.
Orders and content
Each order uses one of three modes: automatic, your own instructions, or your own finished article. You are responsible for the facts, rights and claims in anything you supply.
We do not accept content that is unlawful, deceptive, adult, hateful or aimed at harming others. We may refuse an order or ask for changes, and a donor may decline a piece it approves of less.
Most placements go live within about 24 hours of payment. That is a typical figure, not a deadline. If an order cannot be fulfilled we will tell you through your account. Delays happen.
Keep copies of any material you supply. We may delete order files after fulfilment.
Publishers
Publishers who list a site set the price and approve every placement. Payouts are weekly. Publishers must label, edit and decline content in line with the law and their own readers' trust.

Limits and contact
Search engines make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee how Google or anyone else will treat a link, and purchased links can breach search engine rules. You use the service with that in mind.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived.
We may change these terms and will date the change on this page. Questions go through your account page. Our privacy notice covers data.
